Born in a small town outside of Bologna, Marco learned to cook at his grandmother's side before training under legendary Gualtiero Marchesi. After earning his first Michelin star at 28, he opened Ricci New York in 2019, which was awarded a second star in 2022.
His philosophy is rooted in the deep respect for Italian culinary tradition, while always exploring the boundaries of texture, form, and flavor.
